Download the Fit by Wix app on AppStore or Google Play
Open the Fit by Wix app and click on 'Got an invite code?' and add the invite code: 7SWUXQ
The Club Well app will open
Membership
Once you are on the Club Well profile click the Join button and create an account using your email address
If you have created an account on the membership login on the website use the same login and password
If not create a new account here with email login and password
It is NB to login using the same details on the app and website so that you sync your details, bookings and packages
General Navigation
Profile - use this to edit your profile details and view your activities (bookings and orders), make this public if you would like to interact with other member
Inbox - view all your messages here, we send notifications relating to class details direct to members' inboxes, utilise the chat here to send us a DM
Notifications - view notifications here
General Info - view our company details here
Invite - invite friends to join Club Well
Book Now - view all our classes here and click the book button to join
Home - view our latest announcements here
Services - view all our classes here and click the book button to join
Pricing Plans - view all our pricing options here and click the select button to purchase
My Classes - view upcoming bookings, booking history, performance tracker and daily activity
Catch Up - view class recordings here
Book a Class
View Classes - click Book Now button or Services tab
Select Class Type - view all our class offerings and click the Book button on the class you want to join
Select Class Day - view our calendar and click on Today or click Check Next Availability button
Select Class Time - click on Time button for the class you want to join
Pay for Class if you have a pass - redeem the session from your package and press Book Now button
Pay for Class if you do not have a pass - press View Payment Options and select Pay now or Buy a Package and proceed to Checkout page
Class Confirmation - select Add to Calendar or Done the class will be added to My Classes tab under Upcoming Bookings
Reschedule a Class - My Classes > Upcoming Bookings > Select Class > Reschedule > Pick new Date and Time
Cancel a Class - My Classes > Upcoming Bookings > Select Class > Cancel Class > Confirm Cancellation
Join a Class - view online class link in inbox 60min before start of class
Buy a Package
View Package Options - click Pricing Plans tab
Check Active Subscriptions - click Subscriptions to view the active and expired plans on your account
Select Package - click the Select button and proceed to Checkout page
Book a Class - you will be given the option to start using your pass after checkout or follow the 'Book a Class' steps above
Check Session on your Subscription - Pricing Plans > Subscriptions > More Details
